Delivery Details

Central England

Our drivers make deliveries using our own fleet of vans to customers based within approximately 50 miles of our centrally located depot at Rugby.

Regular customers receive a weekly telephone call with a 48 hour delivery service.

Rest of the UK

We arrange for deliveries to customers outside our delivery zone using a parcel carrier with a standard three working day service, although next day delivery can be arranged for a modest additional charge.

• We regret that we are unable to offer delivery to sites outside the U.K.
• All deliveries are subject to stock being available at our Rugby depot.

Carriage Charges

All deliveries on our fleet of vehicles are made FREE OF CHARGE subject to a minimum order value of £40.

The following charges apply for carrier deliveries:

A small order charge of £15 applies to carrier orders between £40 and £100.

Orders over £100 incur a carriage charge of £10.

We accept BACS, cheque, cash and the following card payments:
Maestro, MasterCard & Visa.

Cash Accounts

We despatch goods with a Pro Forma and deliver on receipt of payment.

Credit Account

Regular customers and trading companies may apply to open a credit account subject to the usual references. Our credit terms are payment within 30 days of invoice date.
